Returns, exchanges and refunds

We’re in this business to make you happy! So, if you’re not completely satisfied with your Mark Whites purchase, contact us within three days after receiving the delivered item and we will exchange it or refund your money. Mark Whites cannot take responsibility for shipping costs.

Faults or damage

We work hard to make sure every item you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something from us with faults, or that was damaged on route, please keep everything including the packaging and your proof of purchase. Then email us at info@markwhites.com so we can arrange your replacement (free-freight) or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

Items that can’t be returned

You can’t return gift vouchers or redeem them for cash, return items that were on sale, or exchange items that are used, worn, missing tags (if any), or not in their original condition.
